Board Leadership with Real-World Impact.

Lead an organization committed to dignity, opportunity, and service.

As Breaktime expands its work to end young adult homelessness, we are seeking experienced professionals to join our Board of Directors and steward our next phase of growth. We are seeking strategic thinkers—particularly with backgrounds in finance, fundraising, or governance—who are eager to apply their expertise to create sustainable, empowering pathways for young people.

By joining our board, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every young adult we serve has the support and stability they need to build a secure future.

We raised $100,000 before December 31!

Thank you for helping us reach our donation match before December 31. Your contributions will help young people across Boston in the year to come.
