HOW WE WORK
Training. Support. Impact. All in one model.
Our Associates complete paid job readiness training, receive wraparound support, and are placed in supportive work environments where they can thrive.
Associates work 20–30 hours per week for 3 months.
All Associates complete Launchpad, a 3-week soft-skills training. Partners provide meaningful entry-level work in a supportive environment.
Breaktime co-funds Associate wages.
Host sites pay only $10/hour—a subsidized rate, and Breaktime covers the remaining wages and administrative costs.
