Breaktime empowers young adults experiencing housing insecurity by providing paid transitional employment, financial education, and long-term career support. Our three-part program model—Launchpad, Liftoff, and Stable Orbit—helps participants build the stability and confidence needed to thrive.

Long-Term Support
After Liftoff, Associates enter Stable Orbit, a three-year support program that helps ensure long-term success in employment and education.
Year 1
Monthly check-ins with a Coordinator of Young Adult Services (CYAS)
$100/month stipend
Credit coaching
Up to 40 hours of additional paid professional development
Years 2-3
Quarterly check-ins with continued CYAS support
