On-Site Care @ Breaktime Hub

In partnership with Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP), the Breaktime Hub will offer on-site access to health services tailored to young adults experiencing homelessness.

OUR HUB

Opening in phases between 2025 and 2027, the Breaktime Hub will be a centralized space in downtown Boston where young adults experiencing homelessness can access health services, job training, basic necessities, and shelter—all under one roof. The Hub reflects Breaktime’s holistic model for stability, dignity, and long-term impact.

69% of young adults experiencing homelessness report mental health challenges.

Young adults experiencing homelessness are at significantly higher risk of untreated chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections due to limited access to consistent physical healthcare.

Opening in late 2025, this clinic will occupy the second floor and provide:
